  1.   This column is a DataAndTime object. The local local variables year,
  2.   month, day, hour, minues, seconds, deci_seconds, utc_offset_direction,
  3.   utc_offset_hours and utc_offset_minutes should be set from the data
  4.   context before the netsnmp_dateandtime_set_buf_from_vars function call.
  5.
